Day trip to the Ouzoud Waterfalls

Set out to explore the spectacular Ouzoud Waterfalls, the highest in North Africa, located about 150 km northeast of Marrakech in the Atlas Mountains. After a scenic drive through kasbahs, olive groves and traditional villages, arrive at the charming village of Ouzoud and admire the 110-meter waterfalls plunging into a natural pool surrounded by lush greenery and Barbary macaques.

A local guide will accompany you on a walk through the olive groves, introduce you to Berber culture and show you the artisanal work of an argan oil cooperative. Continue your exploration on foot along trails leading to the base of the waterfalls.

The traditional boat ride across the pool at the foot of the falls is optional and not included in the tour price. Lunch will be served at a local restaurant where you will enjoy a traditional Berber meal, followed by free time to take photos, admire the scenery or explore local craft shops.

In the afternoon, return to your vehicle and head back to Marrakech after a memorable day in one of Morocco’s most beautiful natural sites.
